why oh why was a band featuring Clarice Mottet on guitar and vocals, Annie Fifer on bass, and Zane (“Sylvan Sparkling”) on drums. Clarice wrote her Oregon State University honors thesis on the creation of the band, Writing a Music Album as a Singer-Songwriter.
