Rust Promoter

Rust Promoter is the performing alias of experimental musician and postal worker Tanner Noykoa. The project is named for an item in EarthBound that is used to promote rust in order to damage mechanical enemies. Rust Promoter began in Chicago before Tanner relocated to Portland, then later Philadelphia.
