Fred and Toody
Fred and Toody was the duo of Fred and Toody Cole, best known for their band Dead Moon. In the final years of Fred’s life, they performed together without a drummer, playing music from throughout the discographies of their bands Dead Moon, Pierced Arrows, The Weeds, Lollipop Shoppe, The Rats, and Range Rats. Their legacy in the Portland music scene was honored at Dead Moon Night at Portland City Hall shortly before Fred passed.
