Tinariwen

Tinariwen is a collective of Tuareg musicians playing tishoumaren music. The band initially had no name, but people called them kel Tinariwen: the people of the desert. Long-term members include Ibrahim Ag Alhabib, Alhassane Ag Touhami, and Abdallah Ag Alhousseyni, and other members include Mohammed Ag Itlale, Keddou Ag Ossad, Abouhadid Ag Alhousseyni, Mina Walet Oumar, Wonou Walet Sidati, Sweiloum, and Kesa Ag Hamid.
